Many people that I have worked with have found it an amazing tool to help them spot trends both good and bad, identify areas that they need to improve on and also finally get a hold of their caloric intake by being able to plan the rest of their day in advance.

My name is Liam, owner of Urban Training. We are a premium personal training brand that offers tailored online personal training specialising in giving you everything that you need to guarantee yourself the fat loss results that you have always wanted!
Exercise, Nutrition, Mindset and Habits are all areas that I work with clients on in order to build them the lifestyle that they need to reach their goals whilst still being flexible and falling in love with the process.

As you walk out of the gym you see a sign that says “there’s no such thing as a bad workout”. Wrong. You need to feel pushed, you need to feel like you are making progress and you need to not want to turn up, but turn up anyway.
Liam makes me want to turn up to my sessions. Without him I wouldn’t be the fittest I have ever been, I wouldn’t have the mental toughness and resilience I now possess, and I wouldn’t be taking on new challenges such as the 500 burpees challenge I recently did for charity.
